Spices, Paprika, Turmeric & Cumin

This delicious spice mix for chicken includes sweet chili, garlic, turmeric, ginger and cumin. The mixture is perfect for chicken and gives an extra spice to the otherwise very mild taste in the chicken meat. Try the mixture on top of chicken fillets baked in the oven, strips of chicken which are fried on the pan or in a simmered with chicken. The spice mixture comes in a nice little glass that you can have standing on a fine spice next to the stove.
